Alumni Champions are Bruins who choose to stay actively connected — not because it's required, but because they want to. Every alum is already part of this community. Champions simply show up a little more intentionally.

Champions have discovered their natural role — whether that's connecting people, sharing stories, building community, or supporting Belmont's mission. They get personalized ideas and a badge that recognizes their commitment.
Community Leader
Community Leaders are invited by staff to help shape and guide specific communities. They welcome new members, spark discussions, and serve as bridges between alumni and the Alumni Engagement team.
These aren't steps on a ladder — most alumni are Members, and that's by design. Champions are simply those who want to lean in a little more.
